What materials do you usually use on your wedding dress products?
Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon, with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for overskirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps.
Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays.
Satin: A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns.
Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive).

How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
We do have fabric swatches available for purchase for only $24.99 per fabric type such as satin, chiffon and Martin, but you will also need to pay the shipping cost.

3. How can I get information after I have orders?
   We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.it about 2 day after we get your information of payment.

4. When and how can I tracking my order status?
   Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.

6. How long will it take to receive my goods?
   It base on which method to send,usually,takes 6 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends.

7. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
   Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

8. Can you reserve a goods for me until I can pay for it?
   Yes. of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for two days. However, after two days, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

our products shipping from china ,the price list in website including  shipping cost , but  when  you order , it total will add little for fee and sample order cost and tax fee.

   you can choose any you want add in cart and checkout then  you can fill all your info,and then it will showing pp link,and you can  make the payment,  when we got your order , we arrange it in one day, and give you tracking number in same day, about 7-9 days , you can get the package.

11.what is the return policy?
    after you receive the package,if there will be something badly damaged or wrong,take pictures for that,we will reship the good when you next time order or return you half of products money,because if you send back cost much in shiping,it is not reasonable.
